A Wonderful Set Of Three Portait Panels.

A trio of 16th century carved oak panels depicting a female and two male profiles ,each carved within a roundel with swags above and cupid head and birds to the base ,the center male with a shield flanked by dragons above and a column with foliate swags to the base.

All three are carved to the highest order a male with a broad ridge to his nose and a curly beard the female with a lace bonet a stern expression and lastly the other male with a fantastic feathered hood with chin strap.

All three have split at some time and be reattached ,a light colour with a good patina.
