A superb pair of chunky carved oak Tudor romayne panels with deep carving,both depicting male profiles within a roundle above scrolls and foliage.

As one would expect with Tudor panels the carver has over accentuated the curvature of the beard and moustache which in todays terms would be nown as hipster grooming.

2" (5cm) Deep

Condition is good with traces of sap dammage to facing left panel ,the depth of the carving is what makes these panels stand out from the rest and are getting harder and harder to source.
