An 18th Century Childs Stick Back Chair.

Constructed in ash and elm this West country chair still retains a lot of original green paint ,the elm seat standing on three ash staved legs with a bow shaped arm rail ,these chairs are getting harder to find especially infant examples.

In good condition with a later metal support to the back of the arm rail it was covered in white gloss paint and has been dry scrapped back to reveal the green underneath ,a very sculptural chair of simplistic design .

19.5" (49cm) Wide

11.5" (29cm) High to seat

21.5" (54cm) High to back

11.5" (29cm) Deep.
