A Unique Pair Of English Medieval Stone Lions.

Carrying on from my earlier Leo themed update here are a lovely pair of  carved sandstone lions or possibly dogs that were recently discovered in a Somerset garden and looking at them i would say they have been on the scrumpy.

These crouching  canines have there tongues sticking out showing there teeth which although was designed to look ferocious now with weathering gives them a more freindly appearance.

11"(29cm) nose to tail

10"(26cm) High.

A great pair that certainly will make you smile everytime you glance at them.
