A Rare 17th Century Oak Centre Table

Possibly a rent or merchants table.

The plank top with cleated ends over a single drawer unusual in that it can be accessed from front and back sliding straight through ,over bobbin turned legs united by a sold box stretcher.

A fine and rare table with a good colour and patina.
