15th Century Oak Coronation of the Virgin.

This fine Flemish oak carving depicts The Coronation of the Virgin .

Mary kneeling with Christ to her right hand side and God the Father to her left.

Slight loses to the cross of christ and the hands and crown above Mary are long gone,a dry natural surface with defined carving.

This carving has at some stage formed part of a collection with a faint collection/museum sticker to the back.

11" (28cm) Wide.
