A Rare Welsh Copper Rushlight.

Late 19th Century

Attributed to Mid-Wales

A metal you do not see used that often ,this copper rushlight is on a turned beechwood base that has a brass plaque on which unfortunately the inscription has been polished off.

Presumably a presentation piece.
