16th Century Carved Figure Of St.Paul

A 16th century stone carving of St.Paul depicting holding a book in his left hand and a blade in his right.

Lucky to still be here as i would say he is a survivour of the Civil war his head has been off and he has been broken in three places,his head has been crudely fixed and the body has gone back very well ,he has been levelled at the base with a cement and has crude repairs to the folds in his cloak,this could all be restored properly but i feel there is a charm to the desperate manor in which it has been resored.
