Carved in the Renaissance style to a very high quality this pair of French panels depict a couple at side profile in a lozenge border with the male having foliage and scrolls and the female with a pair of birds to the top with berries in there mouths and a pair of cornucopia flowing with produce to the base a sign of fertility .

Carved for a marriage with the signs of the wife producing the next Heir to the family name.
