An Early 17th Century English Oak Altar Table.

Offered for sale for the first time in two generations.

A substantial table the three plank top with cleated ends over moulded rails with spandrels to each corner the legs with column and baluster turnings united by heavy stretchers on block feet.

A heavy table that stands at

32" deep

5ft 5" wide

In good original condition with traces of old worm to the legs with a good surface and colour.

Purchased locally in East Sussex where it is reported to have been for two generations .
