A fantastic pair of early english 16th century romayne panels.

The profiles of man and wife in central wreath roundels with late gothic leaf and bud to the bottom corners,renaissance chalice and scrolls to upper and lower panel.

Good depth of carving and good colour

The chamfered edge has been cut on both panels and the backs have been slightly planed back to fit a later piece of panelling.

A good pair of early english panels.
