A fantastic mid 16th century english carved oak board chest.

Of six plank design,the sides with semi circular cutouts,the front with bold design with tudor rose centre.

In good condition ,2" replacement strip to the lid and also to the back ,restored a long time ago along the sap line of the board and the spandrels are later.
